Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing and developing AI-powered chatbots for customer service and support applications.
2. Collaborate with the product and development teams to integrate chatbots into web and mobile platforms.
3. Develop and train chatbots using natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms.
4. Conduct testing to ensure the chatbot provides accurate responses and maintains high user satisfaction.
5. Help in debugging and improving chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in chatbot technology, AI, and NLP.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and chatbot development frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress).
3. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
6. Good communication skills for understanding user needs and explaining technical aspects of chatbots.
