Cloud Deployment Intern

Job Description

Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
2. Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate cloud deployment pipelines and workflows.
3. Monitor cloud systems for performance, security, and scalability.
4. Help configure cloud resources (servers, databases, storage, etc.) to meet project requirements.
5. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud deployments.
6. Assist in optimizing cloud architecture to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Document cloud deployment processes and contribute to maintaining best practices and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with basic Linux and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancers, etc.) and cloud security practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
