Key Responsibilities

• Product Research: Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the network solutions space.
• Product Roadmap Support: Help create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Feature Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to define product features, specifications, and user stories.
• Product Lifecycle: Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product testing, quality assurance, and gathering customer feedback.
• Customer Feedback: Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to understand user experience and improve the product offering.
• Documentation and Reporting: Help prepare product documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of product development processes and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for product development and the desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
